Master of Laws programs are for students who have already completed a law degree in the U.S. or overseas and want to enhance their legal skills by focusing on a particular field on an emerging area of law. The Doctor of Juridical Science (SJD) degree is a post-LLM degree that is awarded upon the completion of an in-depth, publication-quality, dissertation which makes an original and creative contribution to the legal literature.
